Who drinks wine?

Who drinks wine?  “Wine is not for those who know wine, but for those who know how to live.”  This commercial was produced by a group of smaller vineyards in Mendoza, in an effort to promote the place wine has across all social levels.  Yes, wine is the great social equalizer!  Let the proletariat have his Malbec, for goodness sakes.  And let it be affordable, and local.  Fin.

Here we see pastoral and urban Argentines at their best.  Mendocinos are not necessarily this kind to themselves, but there is a touch of truth here.  And yes, they do talk like this. Good people like these deserve buen vino, and maybe someday a decent economy!

A person could ask: “Who do you drink wine with?” Indeed I like to think of the company I am keeping when drinking wine as imperative….thinking fondly of Jenny’s sangria. Love you guys!

  2. Thinking fondly of drinking it with you…..
